The part will need to be plucked and powder added to look more realistic. There are 3 clips on the underside that hold tight onto your own hair. The color is off from my hair so I will brush on some hair color to the topper next time I color my hair. I will come back for second review once I’ve worn it for a bit.I've been wearing these extensions for the last year and a half. As a transwoman with an awful hairline, these are a godsend! I wear them daily and they last usually about 3 months before getting unmanageable.These are NOT a replacement for a full wig, if your hair is very short this will not work very well.
