I ordered 4 bundles 20 22 24 26. The hair came 2 days before the estimated delivery date which is great. The hair is exactly what it said it is. The hair was pretty soft before washing and conditioning but it was even better after I washed and conditioned it. When you wash it the hair appears thin but after it dries the volume comes back. The 24 and 26 seem longer when it’s wet gets to about 30 inches. There is a slight smell to the hair it’s smells like the beauty supply if your familiar with that smell but after washing the hair takes the smell of whatever shampoo you use. I think after a few washes the smell will be totally gone. The hair is soooo soft it’s beautiful I’d say this is very good medium grade hair. I experienced very little shedding when I washed it. I think the key to keeping the hair up is the way you maintain it. Keeping it moisturized/conditioned, detangling it wile your conditioning it and using wide tooth comb will help you keep this hair for longer. Only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is becouse I haven’t warn the hair installed yet but I have a good feeling about the hair.I have worn this hair for about two weeks in a wig I made and I love it! It is the best curly hair I’ve owned. *note: I take off my wig at night so that means my hair will not suffer as much wear and tear as people who have a sew-in or have secured their wig Here are my opinionsLikes:1. Minimal shedding 4/52. Minimal tangling 4/5 (at first I had issues with the tangling but that was primarily because I had to do trial and error with my conditioners to find what works with the hair. If there is tangling, it is instantly removed when washed with a good conditioner followed by shampoo and a deep conditioner)3. Minimal dryness 3.5/5 (see #2 to combat dryness)4. Dyes beautifully 5/5 (as shown in the picture the hair was lighted. I used bleach, 20&30 volume developer to create dimension, and Wella toner in honey blonde. My hair was not damaged or dry following the lightning process)5. Thickness 5/5 (I used a closure with three bundles. Two of the bundles were double-wetted and the other was shortest was seen in with a single weft. All bundles were full from root to end)6. Curl pattern 5/5 (curls look more beautiful and natural after several washes. So far I have washed my hair three times. I try to do it once or twice a week. I excercise vigorously throughout the week so I need to wash my hair more often. The curls didn’t loosen after coloring the hair)Dislikes:1. The closure has been giving me trouble. The hairline seems to have been pre-plucked too much. This has resulted in some bald spots at the hairline and I’ve had to cut back the lace. Other than the hairline, the closure is full and the curls match the hair beautifully. The curls start at the root so there isn’t a weird straight part before the curls form. I love that aspect of it.Overall: This hair is great and I will definitely order it again. I hope it lasts until Feb 2019 so that I can wear it on my vacation in the Caribbean. If it doesn’t, I will order again and make a new wig. However, I may not order the closure again. Or if I do I will order it and cut off the first inch so that the hairline is thicker and I can pluck it myself.Thanks for reading! Let me know if I can be of any help!So, I’ve bought from ISEE hair for a while now. I like pretty much all their hair, but this one. The hair gets 3-4 stars. The closure gets 1 Star. The customer service gets 5 stars. With that being said, I’ll give it 4 stars. The shipping is fast, it’s cheap, and if your closure isn’t terrible you can get by. I don’t recommend coloring it. Make it drier and frizzier faster. In addition, Fiona with customer service is amazing. She is the main reason I changed my original rating if 3 stars to 4 stars.The hair itself wasn’t too terrible, but to me it looked really stringy. I did dye the ends this time, but even without the dye it just looked stringy. Maybe I’m used to the Mongolian kinky curly texture, idk but I didn’t like this. If you constantly have water, gel, or conditioner (not leave in) you’ll be okay. But i work as a medical assistant and can’t be running back to the bathroom for my hair.The closure only lasted 3-4 weeks before it started knotting and matting at the top. When you try to detangle it (or finger comb) it takes CHUNKS out. So I literally have bald spots in my closure that I’m trying to hide (sometimes coloring with a SHARPIE) but I can’t even hide it because the chunks are in different places. Also, if you try to dye the knots they come out a little orange. But that’s kinda how all of them are and I’m pretty okay with that.I honestly could get by with just the hair, but the closure is a no. This time around the hair itself started matting, which I’ve never had before with ISEE. I won’t buy this again, I’ll do the Mongolian curly or Mongolian Kinky straight . Malaysian is not it for me.Fiona did reach out to me and asked how she could make it better. She offered to send me. New closure after I sent her evidence of the closure. I declined but she did help me find better hair and gave me a discount to help compensate for my frustration. The customer service is the largest reason I stay with ISEE hair along with the low prices. Ultimately, you get what you pay for and I’m happy with ISEE.Good quality hair.
