I like that it arrives quickly does not shed , has no smells and is very soft and natural looking. I get many compliments. I have been wearing these lace for several years. I like when I receive the big cap because my natural hair is long. I have bought many from this seller. I give them five stars because this is my favorite vendor. I have been buying from this vendor for years and my hair looks natural. All of the varieties of hairs I have bought from day one years ago are still very good as if I just bought them yesterday. I have very long hair personally and only suggestion I have is to please send me the largest caps, however the tips the vendor gives for washing the hair if you follow them they will last a lifetime. I order lots of the hair for my self because sometimes I just want to try different colors and cut different styles. The body wave is my favorite. I buy curly , wavy and straight too. The hair comes pre plucked too I am not an expert at plucking so I am happy that it is already pre plucked. I love unwrapping fresh clean hair from this vendor. I see reviews about shedding if you hold the hair towards middle to protect from pulling at the lace scalp and brush gently from bottom working your way towards the top, use a good detangling leave in hair spray or cream it will prevent both shedding and detangling. Although there will be little to no shedding it is all in how you personally handle the hair. The communication is great with the vendor.
