I accidentally purchased the wrong color of clip ins and sent it back due to the color, weight and chemical smell of the received product not being towards my liking.Customer service reached out immediately to provide assistance and offer a replacement, or trial of another product. I also sent pics and they provided color match and product selection ideas. They were quick, responsive and very helpful in trying to help obtain the correct item for me.I haven't received the replaced item yet, but I certainly appreciate the excellent customer service. I'll update the review in a few weeks, but for now Ugeat gets top kudos for being so helpful especially when dealing with something so personal and sensitive as hair loss.Thanks Ugeat - Here's to hoping we can develop a lovely relationship in extension products going forward.The extensions are nice. I do like them. However, the problem is that at the beginning of the extensions there’s a lot of hair. But then towards the end and especially the endings have very little hair. See the picture. Those are all the extensions. Not enough hair at the endings.I dyed the bleach blonde to match my normal hair, and these extensions are perfect. I have very thick hair and two packs was more than enough for my whole head. The ends are definitely on the thinner side so keep that in mind, but it’s also really nice because there’s so much hair higher up the ends balance it out. These are a great cheaper alternative to Bellami, and if you’re looking for the super thick ends maybe go with them. Overall these are so worth the money and will be getting a lot of use.This hair is great! I used to wear Bellami hair but ever since I found this brand I have been very happy! The ends are thick! The hair is soft and lasts me for a long time! I have even toned it with no issues! I would suggest trying this brand!Great quality! The color was a perfect match and the quality of the hair and clips are really great for the price. Very little shedding. One package was opened and the band was around the hair which looked repackaged or used so I had to throw it away.i am seriously obsessed with these extensions! as you can see in the first pic my natural hair is short and very thin, i suggest to braid and pin your first small section and clip your first row of 3 to it then do the 4 and then the next 3&2 together on the round of the head then near the front do the 2 1 pieces! they’re super cute and super soft only thing is i wish the lengths blended better together and more 1 pieces but overall it blends very pretty more so curly tho of course!This hair colour is stunning and by far exceeded my expectations not to mention quick delivery.
