Terrible purchase experience. I was very disappointed when I took this unit out the box and saw the length. It certainly was not 16 inches as I had paid for. I buy all my wigs in 16 inches, so I am very used to this length. Measured it to be sure and the longest section was 13-14 inches. Thinking they made a mistake, I purchased a similar curl pattern (16 inches) from iseehair again. Big mistake, they were both EXACTLY the same and I had no time to return as I needed it for to travel the next day. The quality, curl pattern, texture, density, etc are great but the LENGHT was just not as advertised and dor that reason I will not be repurchasonh from iseehair again
