This unit is gorgeous. It is way better than I expected. It is so soft and the curls are beautiful. This is definitely worth the money and it came with a lot of extras. I will definitely be ordering again. The packaging was good for me it came in a plastic bag but it also came with a cute little bag to store it in silk/satin, 2 wig caps, earrings, lashes, edge brush and a leopard head band. It actually fits my head the last headband wig I bought was 4x the price and it was too big for my small head. This unit is very adjustable. The only thing which is not a big thing is it had a smell to it but once I had it out the plastic for awhile the smell was gone. The only other thing is I would prefer a solid headband. It s so light and soft I can barely feel it on my head!!!
