I give it 3 stars because the shipping was great but the hair smelled funny among a few other things. I think it's the scented beads they include in the box to keep the hair "smelling good" but it smells more like ammonia. Besides that, the hair is soft and rather pretty. A bit on the thin side (more like 130% density) and it does tangle a bit but not too much ... at least not yet (just got/wore it today so we'll see). I don't like the fact that the hair looks a bit more full/ sort of bulky at the crown and thinner towards the ends. But I will say they did an A+ Job at customizing the hairline. I have yet to see any vendor do that good of a job on their hairlines. Overall, the hairline is the best thing about this wig. Everything else is so so. Not worth the price in my opinion. It's worth about $130-150 if I were to appraise it. Will not buy again because of the price and lack of thickness as far as density is concerned. There are better units on Amazon in my opinion......................................................................UpdateOk so after washing the hair as suggested by another person that reviewed the product, I gave the wig an extra star. Once you wash it, it becomes much fuller and the texture really comes out more (wavy). The only thing that still kind of bugged me was how much hair packed into the front and middle of the wig. I spent almost an hour thinning it out and tweezing out a visible part. But the effort paid off because the hair looks awesome and very natural now.
